Housing development

Target

  • Promote and facilitate all the necessary means for the construction of housing, residential and/or socio-health, social, etc... using 3D printing technology for construction.

Who we benefit

  • All people, especially those who cannot access housing.

  • Elderly and/or dependent people without decent housing or residence.

  • Companies that need to use this technology with the necessary training and experience, so they can build more affordable and accessible homes.

  • People who wish to train and practice in this new construction technology.

Project participants:

  • Lurabitat Foundation.

  • Companies.

  • Suppliers.

  • Public administrations.

  • Other foundations.

This initiative focuses on three phases:

  • Promote the construction of homes with 3D printers made partly on the construction site and partly in an industrial warehouse for all interior and exterior walls, as well as all the necessary urban equipment.

  • Training for all people and companies that wish to participate and prepare to look for new and better jobs, or start their own business with our technology.

  • The joint and coordinated work of all companies and people will allow them to acquire experience and practices to be able to use this technology by building homes in days and not in months or years.
We reduce costs by up to 60% that must be transferred to buyers, whether individuals or administrations, allowing an increase in worker safety, reducing housing prices, their delivery times, and increasing their quality.

Projects open to collaboration
